Upgrading to Pro
Upgrading to the Pro plan unlocks custom domains, additional projects, branding removal, and priority support.
How to Upgrade
There are two ways to start the upgrade:
- From the Account page: Go to your Account page and click Upgrade to Pro -- $60/mo in the Billing section.
- From any upgrade prompt: Throughout the app (e.g., the Custom Domain section in Project Settings, the Branding section), you will see Upgrade to Pro buttons wherever a Pro feature is required.
Both paths take you to the same place: Stripe checkout.
Payment
- Payment is handled through Stripe checkout
- You pay by credit card
- Billing is $60 per month, recurring
- No long-term contract -- you can cancel at any time
After completing checkout, you are redirected back to Docsio and your account is upgraded immediately.
What Changes After Upgrading
The following changes take effect right away:

| Branding | "Docs by Docsio" badge is removed on your next publish |

Branding removal requires a republish. After upgrading, publish your project again to remove the Docsio badge from your live site.
After Upgrading
Once you are on Pro:
- Create up to 3 projects from the dashboard
- Set up a custom domain for any project via Project Settings
- Manage your subscription from the Account page
