Managing Your Subscription
All subscription management is handled through your Account page and the Stripe Customer Portal.
Accessing Subscription Management
- Go to your Account page
- In the Billing section, click Manage Subscription
- This opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new window
What You Can Do in the Stripe Portal
The Stripe Customer Portal lets you:
- Update your payment method -- change the credit card on file
- View invoices -- see past payments and download receipts
- Cancel your subscription -- end your Pro plan
tip
Your current plan, billing date, and project usage are all visible on the Account page without needing to open the Stripe portal.
Canceling Your Subscription
When you cancel your Pro subscription:
- Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan
What Happens on Downgrade
When your account reverts to Free after cancellation:

| Project limit | Reduced to 1 active project. |
| Existing content | All documentation content is preserved. |

If you have more than 1 project when your subscription ends, only 1 project will remain accessible. You will need to choose which project to keep or delete the extras before the downgrade takes effect.
Billing Cycle
- Pro is billed monthly at $60/month
- Your billing date is shown on the Account page under the Billing section
- If your subscription is set to cancel, the Account page shows when Pro access ends
Resubscribing
If you cancel and later want Pro again, go to the Account page and click Upgrade to Pro. You will go through Stripe checkout again, and Pro features are restored immediately upon payment.
